Ride with confidence. URBANDRIFT products are backed by a limited warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Motor: 12 months

  • Battery: 12 months

  • Controller: 6–12 months

  • Frame: 12 months

2. What We Cover

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical failures not caused by misuse

  • Structural defects under normal use

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or accidents

  • Water damage or modifications

  • Commercial or rental use

4. Warranty Claims

To file a claim:

  1. Contact support@urbandrift.com

  2. Provide order number

  3. Submit photos/videos

We will:

  • Provide replacement parts, OR

  • Offer repair or replacement solution

5. Technical Support

We provide lifetime technical support for all customers.

6. Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase is required
