At URBANDRIFT, we stand behind every ride. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Must include original packaging and all accessories

• Must show no signs of wear, dirt, or damage

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Batteries (unless defective under warranty)

4. Return Fees (Non-Quality Reasons)

If returning due to personal reasons:

• $180 per bike

• $100 per battery

• $30 per accessory

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Report within 7 days of delivery

• Provide photos/videos

We will:

• Cover return shipping

• Offer replacement or refund

6. Order Cancellation

Timing	Fee
Before Shipment	5% processing fee
After Shipment	$180 per bike

7. Refund Processing

• Inspection: 3–6 business days

• Refund: 7–15 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Important Conditions

• Returns must be approved before shipping

• Unauthorized returns may incur a 25% restocking fee

• Customer is responsible for safe return packaging
