Shipping Policy

At URBANDRIFT, we are committed to delivering your ride quickly, safely, and reliably across the United States.


1. Shipping Areas & Warehouses

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

We do NOT ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse:

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

⚠️ Important Notice
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Peak seasons or holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays

URBANDRIFT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Address Changes & Refused Shipments

To avoid delays or additional charges, please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

Address Change (Before Shipping) Free Allowed before tracking number is issued
Address Change (After Shipment) $50 per item Not guaranteed to be successful
Refused / Undeliverable Package $180 per bike Charged if delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal

4. Shipping Fees

(1) Electric Bikes / Dirt Bikes

  • Free shipping on all new bike orders within the continental U.S.

(2) Accessories

  • Free shipping on orders over $99
  • Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout

(3) Return Shipping Fees (Non-Quality Issues)

If a return is requested for personal reasons:

  • $180 per bike
  • $100 per battery
  • $30 per accessory

5. Shipping Damage & Claims

We take great care in packaging your order. If your product arrives damaged:

You must:

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  2. Email: support@urbandrift.com
  3. Provide clear photos or videos of the damage
  4. Retain all original packaging

If required by the carrier:

  • Note damage on delivery receipt before signing

Once approved, we will:

  • Provide replacement parts, OR
  • Offer compensation

⚠️ Claims may be denied if:

  • Damage is reported after 7 days
  • Original packaging is discarded
  • Proof of damage is not provided

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

URBANDRIFT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package is missing:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will assist in filing a carrier investigation

7. Multiple Shipments

Due to product size and weight:

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • Packages may arrive on different days

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Being available to receive the delivery
  • Inspecting the package upon arrival
